Whether you need to divert products at a 30° angle or a 90° right angle, these modules provide a valuable addition for < 45 CPM sortation applications. HCATs 30 & 90 Overview MDR Technology: Ensures smooth and dependable roller operation, reducing maintenance needs and enhancing system longevity. HCAT30 HCAT30 diverter modules provide a 30° angle to move packages and totes to a separate line. The design allows for the divert units to be placed close together in a footprint that fits most package flow applications. It uses 24V DC MDR technology to drive the rollers, belts and lifting motion in an all-electric design, with rates up to 45 products/min. There is no electric actuator or pneumatic cylinder, reducing overall project cost and installation effort. HCAT90 HCAT90 Transfer modules provide a 90° right angle transfer for sortation, distribution, or assembly applications. They are powered by 24VDC, utilizing a total of three MDRs to provide motion of the rollers, belts, and lifting motion. There is no electric actuator or pneumatic cylinder, reducing overall project cost and installation effort. They provide rates of 30–40 products/min and are available in single, double, and triple pick-and-pass configurations for quick installation and integration.
