There is no electric actuator or pneumatic cylinder, reducing overall project cost and installation effort. HCAT90 HCAT90 Transfer modules provide a 90° right angle transfer for sortation, distribution, or assembly applications. They are powered by 24VDC, utilizing a total of three MDRs to provide motion of the rollers, belts, and lifting motion. There is no electric actuator or pneumatic cylinder, reducing overall project cost and installation effort. They provide rates of 30–40 products/min and are available in single, double, and triple pick-and-pass configurations for quick installation and integration.
